A real family team

As we've touched on previously, the current situation saw us make the decision to change the way we work, going back to a way Roy & I used to adopt back in 1994, when we first started working alongside each other.  We worried the change, which would see our customers having to contact us to arrange to see Roy at the warehouse,  their homes, on site,  or at their place of business, would come with challenges.  However, we've found  our new way of working has enriched our customers experience, giving them a far more personal service from start to finish and led to greater job satisfaction for us too.

Roy is cherishing the time he is out fitting alongside our son Tom,  feeling very proud not only to be able to pass on knowledge and skills learnt during his 36 years in the trade, but to also see first hand how accomplished Tom has become as both a fitter and representative of our business.   

With Roy and Tom out fitting I have reprised a more customer focused role, which sees  Roy, Tom & I all working as a team to make sure our customers receive first class goods and service.
